The Owner

            Dwaine Foray started his management business in 1980 as the manager of a 16 unit waterfront resort hotel in Fort Lauderdale, Florida and integrated his fleet of 12 privately owned sail and power yachts into the resort.  The combination resulted in a very successful vacation resort catering to clientele from North America, South America, Canada and Europe.

            In 1993 Dwaine entered the real estate market by purchasing the first of 135 properties he eventually owned and managed.  The properties were single family fixer uppers and were methodically rehabilitated one by one and sold on the open market.  Along the way a portion of the inventory was retained and is still owned as rental property.  Dwaine has a well earned reputation of providing quality maintenance to his properties and getting the job done!

            Since a majority of the properties purchased were governed by Homeowner Associations, Dwaine became very active in the governing of them becoming a Board of Director in 3 Associations and President of one.  During his tenure, he became a vital organizer and provided rehabilitation guidance to two communities that were devastated by a major hurricane.

            With the initiation of Eagles Nest Management Services, Inc. Dwaine finds himself in a very familiar role of providing over 28 years of experience in property management and rehabilitation services.  He has earned the respect of those familiar with his work and dedication.

            Mr. Foray lives in Wesley Chapel, NC with his wife Patricia and 3 children and is active as the Treasurer of Cub Scout Pack 53 and WCWAA Little League Coach.
